Blogmas 2 - Fave Festive Candle

 

I know that everyone LOVES Yankee candles and I do to .. but I find their fragrances are disappointing compared to the packaging and names . Glade however specialises in room fragrances, gels and candles for all around the house so the scent is the main factor. ( Click THIS to be transported to their festive page ).

My favourite scent is their honey and chocolate which sounds far too sweet but in fact its so so soooo festive.

We have just finished putting up our decorations , it seems each and every year our house gets even more consumed by all the items! Unfortunately for anyone who owns an animal knows full well that decorations to animals are new ; play toys, climbing items and of course a day time snack while we aren't around. I will post some D.I.Ys on how we styled our living room E.C.T this week and attempt to bake a gingerbread house ( no expectations please)

Narnia Threw Up...

Being organised is one of my specialities I love it but I awoke this morning to this ... yes I crammed myself on my bed .

I have , like most girls , toooooooo many clothes its silly but whenever I want to chuck/donate them I remember a memory With them or who I got it from and suddenly a violin starts playing then before you know it it's hung up In my wardrobe again.

I also keep my skirt and dresses even though I wear leggings ( non see through of course) 24/7 .Like leggings are simple easy and are practical .

But anywhos I really want to start doing outfit of the day kind of posts not to be a stereotypical blogger but because I have a relatable style and ... as you can tell a shopping addiction :)

Why Can't I Sleep ?

So it's 23:25 , I'm STILL awake and why ?? I have no clue :( .

I think it's because I overthink which pretty much suckksss . Maybe  I should drink lavender tea ? or count sheep ?

I've tried listing to music but I have the sort of bran that when I listen to any song I think of a music video to go with it and when I've finally discovered the fact I'm an amazing director I'm wide awake wanting to scribble down notes in-case this potential career takes off.

.....In fact writing this blog isn't helping as such ....

Textiles A-Level

Currently fashion drawing.Not going amazeballs as i have a huge stomach ache and i haven't drank all day....oppshhhh x

My current shower faves

So I don't feel ready to delve into the christmas berry scents yet so i've opted for a different set to last me the next month.
N-spa has been a go to brand for me throught 2013 ,i find the products simple , well scented and affordable.

The 'spray moisturizer' (blue labeld bottle) looked so interesting so i impulse brought it .Turns out you spray on a misty thick lotion onto your skin.This is almost exactly the same as the vaseline spray and go (which is AMAZINNG) apart from it smells 10X better AND it's just under half the price at just £3.80 !!.

The other two N-spa products were brought purley to colour coordinate.I am loving the coconut scent it also has bits in which for me is a great exfoliator for your skin.

My mum got me the lush snow fairy gel , now I know I was trying to put off christmas before I get way too exited but this smells of sweet pear and candyfloss.......  need i say anymore ?!.

Aaanddd finally the clinique product was given to me as a freebie in a gift bag .This has actually been a really good exfoliator and my skin has felt more smooth and clensed .However I do like scented products and i feel clinique as good as their items are I wouldn't mind a few lemoneyyy , mintyyy fruityy smells going on to really make me love the product.

B.t.w the razor is a venus one , I use the detachable spa breeze heads .These are sosossoososos nice and leave my legs , especially feeling softer almost to the point were Imay not moisturise (tut tut).

I'm an outdoors person. I love the countryside ,long walks and the beauty of nature .Roses are my favourite summer flower , (Honey blossom smells the best though ) these are the last few in my garden. I've been non stop working recently which is awful because I'm indoors all day .
Fun Fact - I would loooveeee to work in a garden centre ,,, which is not my BIG CAREER plan just as a job at the minute .I really don't like washing up dishes and staring at the same wall that I have been for the past 7 months.
I think this is because I am a 'go go go' person I enjoy being busy with things I like and going to places ive never been before .Buuuutttt the only downside to wanting such a thing is money .And I need a job to get money .... so here I am stuck in this little bubble of wanting to travel meet new people and I can't.

On a more lighter note these photos were taken last week for my textiles project ....

I'm currently sitting on the bus admiring the scenery and realised that I must post another blog.
I've always called autumn ... autumn but I think I may all it fall I think it has a nicer ring to it :)

1. You sleep best in fall because of the cool yet warm climates . (yay)

2. Most people fall in love ,,,, omg FALL in love get it ?! ok ....

Autumn

Autumn is here , finally ! Don't get me wrong I love summer but autumn is the count down to Christmas , the excuse to wear cosy jumpers and to have hot chocolate 24/7 . It also means I can wear plum lipstick and wear rosy cheeks everyday (yayy).

Heat Wave

Heat Wave

Who would have though that I , snow white and all pale leader would get a tan .. in England ?! The weather here is so beautiful and I have rekindled my love with my garden .

 

                   The lanterns were from Ikea                I'm obsessed with my jelly bean tent

              The flowers kinda died from the 30 degree heat and lack of water.

 

I really should be outside by now but I'm burnt all over and I stupidly decided to wear an EIGHT STRAND top so I look like a ZEBRA so I have be denounced as queen of pale peeps and knighted as zebra leader .I realise that must have been very weird to read , sorry . Please follow my blog and suggest post ideas like O.O.T.D or makeup collection or my photography collection. xox

Burrough on the hill

 

 Ok so yesterday I went to Burrough on the hill ,which is my favourite spot ever ever ever . It's in Leicester and you can see for 20 miles when you've reached the top of this hill . I went with my dad and it's just so idyllic. He went off and looked at the roman burial site leaving me on the top of this hill .

 

The main reason why I can't fault this place is because it's so unspoilt no cars no roads trains noise or the crap that comes with everyday life .I decided that I want to get proposed to on this very hill ( hint hint Jude law )

 

     So proud of this, didn't realise it got in shot
